"Went shopping for Xmas gifts. They were out of a couple items I needed & I was encouraged to purchase the remaining on-line by the sales associate who helped me that day, but once I went to make an in-store return, (which the website says is an option as long as u have your packing slip or order email) they would not process a return, only exchange. Told me I had to return by mail. And might I point out, Zack L. was VERY rude about it, & was giving a lot of unnecessary talk back to me, the paying customer. Of course I was frustrated, as I made it my business to thoroughly read the return policy & had followed the information/options given. I would understand the store’s policy had they been considered an “authorized retailer”, but this store in the Oaks Mall is an actual Pandora Store. Online shoppers, beware! They will not process a return, or at least, that’s what was told to ME. Who knows?!"

She is approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, has a contagious smile, kind, understanding, friendly, patient, great listener, empathetic etc. She also remembered what I was in for and was able to show me other options I may like that I had not thought about that were more perfect than what I had in mind. I am very pleased with my purchase for many reasons. She went above and below expectations and exceeded my expectations. She was also very kind in letting my husband and son who had purchased some jewelry from there a few days prior show me what they liked for me. If we asked about something she did not hesitate to show me/us. She did allowed me to process and make the right decision for me that best suited my needs. THANK YOU CELESTE!!! You did an incredible job and I have NEVER had this kind of service at a Pandora store ever. I will definitely come back to this location and hope you are still there for a while to continue to help guide me into my themes and my stories for my 5 bracelets that I have.
