"Worst experience my wife and I ever had. Sales lady was rude and argued with my wife to the point I had to step in and ask what's the problem. My wife just asked her if the owner was around and the lady went off on my wife. My wife just lost her mother and we told her that and she said she was from another part of the world, and that they loose people everyday. Not a response one would expect, and will never go back"
"I bought a pair of sandals and wore them out of the store. The sales lady even cut the tag off for me and proceeded to tell me there was a two week return policy after I signed for them (in that order). I wore them for the day and they hurt my feet so bad that I decided to return them. When I got to the store to return them, the same sales lady told me she couldn’t take them back because I had worn them. If she knew I was wearing them out of the store, why on earth would she tell me there was a two week return policy? This was a really disappointing transaction which, I’m sad to say, is my last one at this company. And that’s unfortunate because they have some really cute shoes but I’ll just choose a different establishment or retailer with better customer service."
