"We’ve visited Chasing Tails three times. The first time we took our Miniature Schnauzer we showed up for our 9:00am appointment, showed them a picture of the cut I wanted and they let me know that they would call when he was ready. 8 hours later they called saying he was ready. We arrived to pick him up and the cut was perfect, but we noticed he had a bad razor burn on his groin area. We would rather have been notified about it when we picked our puppy up, instead of finding it on our own. This didn’t keep us from bringing him again. The second visit was fine other then my puppy being there all day. The third and last visit on 12/17/22 I arrive for the 9am appointment and when checking him in, I was told that the groomer was out sick. I asked if there was another time available I could bring him and I was told that they were very busy up until Christmas and today would be better. The assured me he would be taken care of, so I showed the cut I would like and I left. 20 minutes before closing they called me and told me he was ready. I pick him up and his cut was bad. His beard was cut off and his facial hair is lopsided. His body hair was choppy and uneven. Once we got him home we notice hemorrhaging of the eyes. The establishment was closed but I called the next morning and asked what happened and everyone is completely clueless."
