Paradise Hollywood Beach Hotels

"Great stay I actually lived in the places across under construction at paradise in the 90s for a few months..my issue is getting my incident deposit back which I usually get w in 48 hours anywhere else going on 6 days and still waiting to recieve..I usually get same day of check out at other hotels but yes has been times where it w a s 24 to 48 hours..anyway so the bank says it needs to be released reverse payment or I need a letter saying i don't owe anything cuz I was never given a check out receipt I gave the key and the young lady said I was good..I asked about my deposit said I get w in 5 days and I left it at that cuz I've never had this problem and I use same debit everywhere I go for yrs n now a run around.thats only real issue I have n that the over parking fee for 1 car that didnt move should be included like all the other hotels I get in hollywoodbeach and th front door sticks and makes alot of noise which was a pain aside from the bathroom ceiling not painted after repair but it's minimal I wouldn't even of said anyth if it wernt for the deposit situation and not as much value saving at the end of the deal from online purchase.if i get my deposit like asap id stay again cuz I'm not bougie and location is great along w childhood memory of living there for a few monthsin the 90s at paradise loyal but not if I'm going to have an issue w my deposit every time..again I'm not bougie so the other issues are minimum to me and happy to see them renovating where I lived and that it still exists"

"YOU GET WAT U PAY FOR HONESTLY I THINK ITS WORTH IT. ESPECIALLY IF U JUST PASSING THRU. WAKING TO THE BEACH WAS THE VIBE! THE DOORS NEED TO BE FIXED THOUGHT. I FELT SKETCHY AS THE AREA IS DARK AND QUIET AT NIGHT I DIDNT TRUST LEAVIN MY BELONGINGS IN THE ROOM. IT LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE BE BREAKIN INTO THE ROOMS."

"I booked a reservation on March 4th and was driving down from GA to this location. The rental car had engine trouble due to an oil leak caused by the oil filter not being secured correctly. I tried contacting the property personnel several times advising I wouldn’t make it but never got a reply back from anyone. They stayed silent so that they could eat my payment!"

"Disappointing Experience: False Advertising at Hollywood Beach Hotels and Paradise Oceanfront Hotel I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Paradise Ocean Hotel, and I must say it was far from what I expected. The online pictures showcased spacious and elegant rooms with beautiful views, but the reality was a complete disappointment. The room I received was akin to a closet in terms of size, and the stark contrast between the online images and the actual room left me utterly dismayed. The entrance was in the back alley of the hotel. Upon entering the room, it became clear that the hotel had engaged in deceptive advertising. The space was cramped and the window was so small and facing the back alley of the next building that the lack of natural light created a gloomy atmosphere. The outdated appliances and worn out toilet added to the overall unpleasant ambiance. The service at the hotel was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to guest concerns. When I checked in and after my card was charged in full they tell me that the room did not have a view even though I showed the person the pictures of the rooms online and the room which I booked. When I attempted to address the disparity between the advertised room and the reality, I was met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of accountability. Considering the inflated price I paid (because it was a holiday weekend) which was well over what they typically charge for this disappointing experience, I cannot stress enough how much I regret choosing Paradise Oceanfront Hotel and Hollywood Beach Hotels. It is evident that they prioritize misleading marketing tactics over delivering on their promises. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this establishment to think twice and explore other options."

"I give this place a 10/10 for my own experience. It was put at such a low cost I was really worried it was going to be gross, however it was perfect. My boyfriend came here for spring break and it was perfect. The room was small, the bed basically took up the whole room however we didn't mind. It came with a full fridge which was nice, and the location was amazing. I took one step outside and it was a wooden path topped with string lights leading straight out to the water. It also was at the end of the strip so you just walk out and go write along the water and there are so many shops, entertainment, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend !"
