"If I didn’t have to give a 1 star rating I wouldn’t. This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed at. We got to our condo we had absolutely no towels can’t sort in either bathroom nor in the kitchen. We couldn’t shower, dry our hands after washing them, couldn’t wipe anything down in the kitchen, dry dishes because there wasn’t a single towel anymore in our condo. We all had a business meeting at 7 am the next morning after arriving that night and they had no solution of how they were going to get us towels. We spoke to a customer service women named Jocelyn who stated she was a manager and if we went to Walmart to purchase towels so we could shower the next morning we would be reimbursed for our Lyft ride to/from Walmart and for the towels. I sent emails with copies of every receipt and sure enough every email I had for the company was no longer available I sent over 10 emails. We still have not gotten any towels from house keeping and yet to see any reimbursement like stated we would this is the worst place possible I will never stay here again nor will I ever book any of my clients at any of these resorts with any of these people again. Our condo was filthy there was dead bugs all over the floor in the bathrooms, in the showers, dishes were still dirty from the last people that were here and used them. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting and no towels. We haven’t even gotten more toilet paper and we’ve been here 3 days it’s very disappointing, unprofessional and disgusting. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever."

"01/08-01/13/24The condo we rented is great. The ocean is great BUT to sit on a beach with massive dump trucks going back and forth, no lie, the entire day, every day while they replenish the beach at other locations is crazy. We are currently forced into a narrow strip of beach with construction vehicles directly behind us. Women running across with their toddlers, older people hobbling as fast as they can to safety and laying on the beach with constant back up beeping the banging of empty truck beds rolling past. In my opinion no excuses. Work at night and work early morning but not not prime beach time. I will not return to the area based on the decision of the multiple businesses that must have agreed to this work schedule."

"Our condo unit was beautiful, clean with an ocean view, at check in Julia was a great help in fixing a discrepancy with our reservation! She made our check in stress free and thank her for her kindness & great customer service! Beautiful grounds , close to Dining & shopping! If you visit Hollywood book with the Tides !"

"We rented from a very nice owners. The condo was clean and modern, and had beautiful views of of the ocean. But the staff they hire at the check in were horrible. They were just totally not friendly. No one greets you or smiles at all. And upon leaving they were uderly rude. I am not used to this experience. I feel bad for those trying to rent out their condos. We left after night. The surrounding area is not nice either. Not what I expected"

"Very nice place to stay. The building manager is not professional in speaking to staff or people staying there. Her staff is very fearful of her. They have lots of rules at the pool. Overall, it's a beautiful and convenient location. If you have teenagers who like to have fun in the pool vs. just standing around in the pool, it's probably not a good place to stay."
