"2nd Update: The volume button doesn't work on the remote. Please check it again. The QR code is great for the 4 people that can find places. There's more than four rooms though, and so someone is left out. That's what happened to us. We had to park blocks away since the QR code was moot without a spot to park. I do appreciate the refund and I thank you for that. However, the level of respect to a customer is important. As is clarity. Yes, you do have four parking spaces, but that doesn't accommodate everyone, unfortunately. That needs to be spelled out for others, which is why I am putting it out so others know. I kept being told the remote works, but wasn't asked what doesn't work about it. Update: They messaged me after seeing this review and called me a liar (claiming the remote did work and that we were told about parking). This is so callous and crazy that a hotel manager would go out of their way to create lies and call me a liar for posting the truth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No parking available for all rooms. They don't tell you this up front, but if you can't find a parking spot, you can park on the street but it costs over $72 for a 24 hour spot. That's way too much money. They blamed the city for their lack of parking, instead of leasing another spot. Roaches were in the closet (at least they were dead), the TV remote didn't work, they only gave me one key, and we had to pay a LOT for parking. We told the owners this and they claimed I was wrong. They insisted the TV remotes are checked daily (they weren't). I'm an automation engineer, I think I know how to use a remote.... Even though their response was horrid, they did finally do the right thing. They comped our night and cancelled the rest of our stay. We found a Hilton in Miami that was cheaper and a million times better."

"Arrived and we paid for a Deluxe but were given a basic unit....no couch etc..We complained and were met with options. Well with most places booked we are getting some money back. The maid is awesome but only speaks Spanish...we use the translate app. The location is a short 2 min walk to beach. I give manager credit for our options. The bed is very hard fyi...looking for more luxury look elsewhere.... otherwise ok for a few nights"

"Nice little apartment just steps from the beach but there aren’t enough parking spots for the guests and the manager wasn’t helpful in getting me a paid parking place. I had to keep paying for the city curb parking. Best to arrive without a car"

"This is a very basic no frills cute clean place with a little kitchenette. Great location min to beach if you have kids they could comfortably/safely walk back and forth. Walking distance to action on boardwalk. Very thin walls bring sound machine & earplugs."
