"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the staff are like family. From check in to check out everything is handled stress-free at the front desk. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Its my home away from home! Will definitely be staying here again and again!"
"There was red blood on the bed sheets under the pillows. It ruined our romantic Christmas eve date night. All the hotel staff would do is refund us the resort fee of $50. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Steven Colon the hotel manager took 3 days to get back to us after the incident because he wanted to do an internal investigation. Frankly, how or why it happened is not the customer's problem. We were paying guests and the hotel had 1 job to provide us a clean room. We were very respectful of the hotel and reported this incident privately to the front desk so as to not alarm other guests. Steven essentially said he didn't care if we were satisfied nor did he care if we returned to the hotel again. Terrible customer service and horrible experience. Will not return."
"The hotel keys constantly stop working. Then they act like you did something to cause it. We had to switch rooms due to the air conditioning not working.That was after they sent an “engineer” up to fix it and acted like it was fixed. 10pm room change is not something we expect to have to do with such an expensive room. It was a very disappointing stay. The restaurant staff were nice. Steven was nice. That’s the extent of the strengths."
"Rooms are disgusting, bathrooms even more. Old, moldy, barely any water pressure and you'll wait 3 min for hot water. Not worth the money."
"Will say great location. Also will say don’t bother paying the resort fee as you are paying for nothing. Inside bar/restaurant closed at 630pm. Outside patio bar/ restaurant closed at 430pm opened at 2pm. Maybe we were just told this as seemed to be one person working and just did not feel like doing it anymore. Rooms are comfy but you do not get much with this hotel. Other hotel have bars and restaurant open for guest. Felt like everything was closed down and it was time for everyone to go to bed by 5pm. In the end wish we would have chosen a hotel that maybe derived guest for that price. Lastly don’t bother going down to breakfast!"
