"I had a phenomenal experience here at this hotel . When I showed up I was a little nervous from the outside , but things are not always what they seem! I recently moved to Florida for a work opportunity and I had an air bnb that went sour and I had to look for the closest places to my job last minute within budget and reason. My mother actually booked me an efficiency apartment here for a few nights place was immaculate. A little out of my budget and not needed for only one person who is never there and will be working around the clock but very nice up to date beautiful modern. Great location . Close to just about everything you can possibly need .. beaches , buses, 24 hour cvs right next door , diner right next door with great food , Wawas .. the location is perfect. After my first two nights I needed a longer stay but the room I was in was already rented out , I asked to see one of the rooms on the other side that were not the “efficiency” apartments and they also were very nice modernized clean beautiful rooms . I really couldn’t believe it . I stayed in one of those a for an additional 2 weeks time . Then shortly after that I needed to rent again and I chose to stay in the same place ! I found a deal online and they will price match you which I found great the staff is super friendly Nam and Jessica at the desk are so helpful and super nice they helped me with so much ! I then rented again and did another efficency apartment . This one I actually liked the most because it was a smaller efficency and it was more suitable for me here for a temporarily and working on a daily basis pretty much exploring the area before i chose permanent residency. I really liked this hotel and I would recommend. Friendly staff , very close to everything. I didn’t however really see anyone using the pool so if your going for the pool it might not be for u ? But it’s a great location for the beach !!"

"Worst place ever. Save yourself the hassle and don’t rent here. They are super dishonest, won’t refund even or answer us when they said if we left they would refund us and then when we said we were leaving would not refund us and said we would need to email for a refund. Expedia has been trying to contact them multiple ways and wont answer them. Why is this? Please be honest and return our money. The room is not what was pictured. Our room had blood on walls in two different spots in the bathroom which the front desk lady cleaned after we requested she clean it , condoms on the dirty floor, dirty walls and stains and dry skin left all over the beds. Heres the photos. Horrible customer service and no pride or honesty at this place. We left after 30 mins and had to find another place to stay in the night. No working smoke alarms which breaches safety, screws sticking out of the walls in mulitple locations. Escorts outside in the motel. Just so so dirty. Was not safe for our small daughter to stay but thankfully my wife found another hotel for us to stay at. Front desk person was rude and lied multiple times. Sad that people take peoples money and don’t provide a clean safe room for people to stay. The photos speak volumes. Please be good to your word and refund us. My wife tried cleaning the room and then the lady accused us of laying the beds which wasnt true at all. We literaly were on with expedia the entire time we were there and trying to rebook another room. How can this business continue on like this? This voilates so many codes with the smoke alarm and the screws."

"I’d like give a heart filled thank you to Noam. Her hospitality is impeccable she made my family feel safe in difficult circumstance. Our room with all its updated features and furnishings was clean and welcoming. Hollywood Gardens Inn made sure we had what we needed during our 5 day stay. The atmosphere was quiet which was much needed. Plus the convenience of being right at the bus stop allowed my family to explore downtown Hollywood. Their location is less than a mile walk to the grocery store which is another great convenience. Thanks you Hollywood Gardens Inn for providing a pleasant experience."

"Rooms very clean, nicer than usual tile floors throughout, cool ceiling designs, good value. Downsides are1. Nota safe location and easy access for street people off of US1 and if you’re a light sleeper difficult as you’ll hear sirens and what not all night. 2. Pillows over stuffed and I’m allergic to dust and they had customize. If not for pillows I’d give 4.5. Don’t get room 119, oddly door opens at sidewalk of US1 and no other doors so you’re all by yourself & you want to be with other rooms facing the pool"

"Had the luxury to spend a few night here, and the staff is very accommodating and hospitable. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Wanted to give a huge shout out to Amalia, who went above and beyond in ensuring everything was up to high standards. I will be visiting again and making sure to take time to enjoy the pool. Thank you."
