"Good location, people are nice but i feel they're extra nice for a reason...at almost 400 dollars a night it's NOT worth it when you're sleeping in rooms full of german cockroaches. Woke up to them in the bed, under the sheets, under my suitcase, on the counters, under the towels in the bathroom. DISGUSTING. I've got pictures of them as well. Don't stay here!"

"I noticed a lot of the negative reviews mentioned rude staff, however this was not the experience I had. Every single employee was extremely friendly from the front desk to the maintenance people as well as all housekeeping staff we met along our 10 day stay. Room was great, breakfast was great, location is great. We will definitely be staying again in the future."

"R A C I S T S T A F F! You were the least accommodating possible and you know I know. Your explanation is not accepted. I was staying there and called the front desk to extend my reservation. But once they heard my accent and assumed my heritage to be Hispanic, they refused to extend my reservation. I escalated the issue with corporation. However, they told corporation that they would give me a reservation for the following day. But instead they lied, and when I came back for the room, they said they had sold all the rooms to other people. This way I was punished for escalating the issue by being left out without a room, while thinking I had a room. This happened as a paying customer, and supposedly I have a Hilton Honors account. I travel everyday for work and will never stay there again until they apologize. 100% discrimination!"

"The hotel is clean. The rooms are fine. We stayed for three days around Thanksgiving and the people in the next room left a barking dog in there for two of the three days. We went to the front desk to complain, and they couldn’t do anything. They said they would call the cell phone of the owners, but the owners never came back or did anything to remedy the situation. The barking dog made it impossible to stay in our room during the day. I would think the hotel should have a policy that penalizes people who leave their dogs in the room all day while they go out. It is not a hotel for dogs. It is a hotel for people and you can bring your dog. Very inconsiderate people and the management was nonresponsive. Kind of ruined our stay."

"Excellent location and within great walking distance to Juno beach . Staff is friendly and hotel was very clean. They take care of this hotel constantly. The included breakfast is pretty good although they ran out of the potatoes multiple days. The pool was clean and furniture in great shape. I saw no negatives in this place. Coffee always fresh and ready. Great value here."
