"Excellent host response time for the issues we had, great location. A minute to the beach with no roads to cross, walking distance to all kinds of resturants and shops (head North). For the price...you can't beat a 2 brm, basically on the beach with a kitchen. Great budget spot!"
"This place was so nasty. Same sheets on the bed, fridge was nasty, silverware was filthy and the stove was a disaster. No one works in the office wasted space, and the manager would not call us back. 2 girls cleaning, charging 75.00 to clean and that was a joke. They both along with the manager Dorothy should all be fired. The oven had 2 pans of grease and grease on bottom. Pathetic place. As the saying goes get what you pay for. The dirty sheets was the worse. Blood on them hair on the sheets. I will never stay here again. My friend and I cleaned this place , but will never ever stay again"
"Room 14 had horrible musty/mildew odor. It rained inside our bathroom! Place is definitely dated. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in the room. Only thing going for it is it's proximity to beach."
"Stayed with private owner. Not sure what other condos are like. Mine was really clean and nice extras like dog bowls, toy and treats. Small but good for couple with small dogs. Pool was very clean with 9 foot deep end and nice pathway to beach. Not very far to beach either. Place is very old and kind of small ,about 18 units. Great value I received and location made it totally worth it. Would stay again if price is right. Just go for the cleanliness, location, beach and restaurants. Not the condo and amenities."
"Loved this condo. It is a gem, we had a wonderful room right next to the pool. Pool was warm and clean. The access to the beach was 2 minutes away. Condo was clean, wonderfully stocked with every utensil you could need, pool toys, chairs, umbrellas...it was amazing....would definitely recommend and would love to come again. Owners communication was great, and couldn't fault anything. We came with our grandkids and had a great time. Thank you."
