"I had issues finding my size and I returned the crocs that I used for a day or so, and got slightly dirty and amazing employee named Chloe helped me out not once not twice but 3 times every time I go in with any issues she is the person that will solve the problem"
"Great products and large selection as crocs are truly pretty cool. Unfortunately the staff especially a young lady that works there was so rude. My daughter bought some croc charms and was handed the charms with no bag. I politely asked for a bag , one employee just stared at me and I explained it was for the charms my daughter just bought, she then says they had no bags and when I asked what do they put the crocs people purchase in, another very rude employee walked up with a nasty attitude and said, here you want a bag, here's a bag. I explained to her she was rude and unprofessional and she continued to be rude and tell me to have a nice day very sarcastically. This same employee was speaking very loudly when we walked in and was complaining about other employees and loudly talking about company drama to another employee. I know employees can deal with all sorts of people but to be rude because she was having a bad day is unacceptable. I am sure the Croc company can do better than having that type of service delivered at their stores."
"I went to this store last weekend. They had a 30% off online orders but in the store had buy one and get another one at 50%. Not only got the in store deal, but also matched the online 30% off to the first pair. Not to many stores do this now in days, definetely recommend this store. The shoes are very confortable to use."
