"I’m a little frustrated with this location. My family and I went in to get my kid their first birthday bear, and the blonde girl that was helping us didn’t really care to explain how to do it even though we told her it was our first time so we asked another worker, a sweet girl with dark brown or black hair and the blonde girl snipped at her rudely for helping us. The blonde girl was too busy talking to Vinny the security guard when we asked the other girl for help. Other than that she was nice but it didn’t seem like she was actually being nice. We were wanting to put our child’s pacifier into the birthday bear but she made us cut it and said it wasnt allowed even though it’s online everywhere, and that really sucked because it was her first ever pacifier. If it’s really a rule then whatever but if not , I’m really frustrated. Please get better customer service and learn how to speak to customers. This was on 2-9-24"

"Staff was very rude. We went over there to get my daughters birthday bear and they told us they didn’t open for five minutes so we stood by and were letting her look around at the different bears. We picked one up to show it to her and the girl leaned over the counter and said “can you not touch our stuff we’re not open” (it’s not 11:58) they open at 12. There is no sign anywhere stating the animals cannot be touched. The stand was uncovered and all bears on display I don’t see any issue with showing my daughter a teddy bear. Im very disappointed this is how they treat customers."
