"So this is my second time staying at this location. My first time was not so pleasant , however I love the Hyatt chain & decided to give this hotel another try. Upon arrival , I was greeted by the most kind soul (I believe his name was Christian). Our room was clean & the hotel itself was as well. Great location , not far from restaurants etc. The only reason I’m giving this 4 starts is because there was no microwave in the room. Other than that, flawless stay."

"I am a massive fan. I felt so comfortable when we really needed to feel comfortable. It is welcoming and clean. I love the personal, homelike touches in the breakfast area. The staff was helpful and kind. I’d never want to stay anywhere else in Jacksonville."

"Best hotel in Jacksonville by far!! Customer service is terrific and the rooms are very well designed. Beds are on the softer side, but still very comfortable. The view of the lake behind the hotel is lovely, as well as the pool. Breakfast was fabulous and had so many options. Hotel is very well maintained and situated in the shopping and restaurant district!! Definitely will stay here again when I visit! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!"

"Nice, modern, clean, convenient hotel in an upscale area. Plenty of great restaurants around. The room was clean and quiet. Would have preferred a shower only...our room came with a tub/slower combo. Why not 5 stars? The breakfast setup was a mess. Please move the plates and utensils out of the hot food area, and consider moving the toaster and beads as well. There were 20 people clogging the toaster area, or so it seemed. So people started stacking up waiting to get plates and utensils. It took us an extra 10 minutes to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again."
