Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel

"Easy to find with plenty of parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got a king room. Large bathroom and plenty of USB (type A) charging ports on both sides of the bed. Very quiet and clean. Will most definitely stay here again when in the Jacksonville area. There is an indoor pool, fitness center, bar, and cafe/restaurant."

"Great hotel objectively. Wonderful front staff that ran the third shift. Beds were super plush. Loved everything about our stay except our room neighbors (which is outside of the hotels control)."

"Me and my mom came to stay last weekend for one night while we visited my brother and really enjoyed the hotel. Ryan at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us all the information we needed, we had really good conversation. Crystal at the bar had a great attitude and wonderful service, we enjoyed grabbing a drink at the bar with her. The one thing that made me a little weary is that the elevator permit was not displayed in the elevator per Florida law. It made us feel unsafe using the elevator, especially as it wobbled when we were on it a couple times. I used to work in a hotel and those are very important to ensure they are up to date and that the guests are able to see it. I added a picture of the note that was in place of the permit. I did ask the front desk for it, but the supervisor was on break. It makes me think it’s expired if it’s not being shown, even if that’s not why. We will definitely stay again because the room was clean and the amenities were very helpful along with the very friendly staff, probably our go to hotel in Jax now."

"Very nice hotel - rooms are large and well appointed. Carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned but otherwise very nice. We booked solely on amenities. The pool is wonderful! Kids had a blast and the hours were perfect for our late night arrival. Overall very happy with this hotel."

"We're very pleased overall with the hotel. It was very clean and the service overall was on par. The pool was even nice in the gym was very accommodating for more than three people. We were visiting my brother from new york. He lived about 20 minutes away. We had originally booked a hotel through Priceline that was only 10-15 minutes away. This location put a damper on my whole day but it wasn't their fault it was price lines fault. I would stay at this hotel again if it were convenient. I did have a weird experience not getting my room clean one day and nobody really acknowledged it when I asked about it. I thought that was strange. There were no towels to be given when I asked the cleaning stuff on my floor who seemed to stay there all day. So I had to call downstairs and somebody brought them up. The food is very good in the restaurant as well"
