"Treats staff very poorly, should be no reason staff is not able to eat when they are working long shifts. They have people there that does not show up to work making it harder for other individuals that have to take on these challenging tasks at work. DO BETTER!"

"My Boyfriend had Open Heart Surgery and an extended stay in the Cardiac ICU back in December. We are very appreciative to the entire CICU team! Special thanks to Nurses Wren & Laura (night shift) who had gone above and beyond his first few nights to ensure his comfort and safety. Also BIG BIG special thank you to SOPHIA in the dietary department who brought up the meal trays. My boyfriend had a horrible appetite and trouble keeping any food down post surgery - Sophia went above and beyond EVERY MEAL EVERY DAY trying to accommodate him and his likes/dislikes, helping encourage him to keep trying! THANK YOU!"

"I have my mother in the intensive care unit for four days. They have the window open because the air conditioning doesn't work. The apartment has not been cleaned for days and at this moment it is dirty. The toilet is dirty, my mother is so hot that I had to bring a fan to cool her room, this is terrible."

"I don't know why there's all these bad reviews but I had a wonderful experience. I arrived on January 23rd, 2024. I was in labor and I was alone. The nurses were excellent. My daughter was born at 8:22 a.m. I would like to give special recognition to the nurses who were on staff at that time. There were six to eight of them in my room and without their support, I couldn't have made it through that labor. It was a pretty short labor, about two and a half hours from the time I got there to the time my daughter was born. People always say don't go here but I had a great experience. They were great with me and even better with my daughter. I would like to give special recognition to not only the nurse that helped me immediately after I gave birth, I did not catch her name but she was a sweetheart. I would also like to give special recognition to nurse Carla. I did not catch her last name but she was my nurse from Wednesday night to Thursday morning. She was very nice to me and listened to my concerns and listened to me vent. My daughter's father was not involved for basically my entire pregnancy and still isn't. She listened to me vent about that and she was very nice. She never made me feel like I was a burden. I think that these wonderful ladies all deserve raises. It's really true what they say, nurses are angels on Earth and these women definitely were and I thank you all. My daughter is doing great. She's so cute. They all remarked on how cute she was and she most definitely is. I would say give them a chance. They're much better than they used to be and it was not the staff's fault anyway, it's management. It's the hospital CEO. At least it's the people in charge on the upper level. I think that this is a great hospital. Try them out."
