"Never book the Coral Reef Suites. The website presents a clean and beautifully decorated hotel. In reality the rooms are very old, extremely dirty, the sofa is worn through with stains, stains on the bed sheets, insects crawling out of the uncleaned cupboards. No room service and stains and dirt everywhere on the floor. All that for a nice price of over 250$ per night. What a night mare."
"I was worried about other reviews but this place exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and clean. It wasn’t fancy by any means but it was in an amazing location with a private walkout to the beach. Our only problem was the fridge did not work. The staff was friendly and helpful."
"Run, don’t walk away from this place . We booked online in December , read the reviews and decided to cancel the next day. We have called , texted, emailed, with little to no response. Voicemail box was full, phones didn’t connect, no one responded to the emails sent . When someone finally answered they said they would cancel our reservation . Lo and behold, we just got a charge on our credit card for this. Filing a visa dispute to hopefully get our money back."

"Very very old and desperately needs to be clean. They checked us out early while we were at breakfast and wouldn’t let us back in our rooms at 9 am. Good thing we had already packed up our bags. They did an additional charge on my card when we got there even though he said they would take it off. Do not recommend staying here"
