"booked this place for $140 for one night. The Wi-Fi did not work on the TV so you can’t connect anything to it and you’re forced to just watch the regular channels. I called the front desk three times and asked them if they could please come up and help me fix my Wi-Fi and they said yes, but they never came so I was forced to go downstairs. Finally, after over an hour of waiting, he said that the Wi-Fi on the TV won’t work even though there was a prompt on the TV to connect it. No problem, we made do. When I was pulling out a towel to dry my hands, there was orange/red stains on it. It looks like it hadn’t even been washed and I wasn’t sure if it was blood or not so I just decided not to use it. The body wash soap broke in the shower when I was trying to shower, and it was unusable as it fell apart. They replaced the front desk people with A computer that you have to check yourself in with. No worries, except for they did not inform me about any parking Pass or what time the breakfast was. Overall would not visit again."

"We stayed at this hotel two weeks before this review. The rooms smelled like mold, there was a film of slime on the bathroom door. There was standing water near the ac unit from the ac. When we went down to complain about the water we were told, The hotel is full. If you want you can leave. Then the desk person said my worker was acting aggressive. We were just stating facts. This hotel is owned by a group that owned Sarasota Midtown. That Best Western lost its flag. This hotel reminded me of that one. In Sarasota. They were farming out the housekeeping. Then my son reminded me they were the owners of mid-town. This hotel needs a vast improvement, or it needs to lose its flag. The would make an ok low level hotel."

"This Hotel was Horrible! When we arrived there the desk person was pretty nice but didn’t inform me of the breakfast times or if I needed a parking pass or whatever. When I made my reservation about 2 months ahead of time, i requested a 1st floor room. When I go there we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. So when we got to our room the door handle was loose and you had to pull up on it to get the key card to work properly. When we got into our room the smell of deodorant Spray was overwhelming. Room was not very clean. The beds were hard as a rock. The air conditioning sounded like a growling animal all night. The bathroom door was large but you had to squeeze between the opening and the sink to get to the toilet. There were 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. We ran out of toilet paper on our 2nd day there! Well when we deployed our room at about 9:15 am. We walked into the hallway and the smell of pot was overwhelming. Well we got down to the lobby, we had already missed breakfast. I spoke to the lady at the service desk and explained our situation with our room and to see if we could get another room for second night. She just said there wasn’t any rooms and more or less get lost. So we left. We got back that evening and went to our room. Same terrible feeling with a terrible room and no toilet paper! Got up left that morning checked out around 8:30 am Same lady at check out seemed glad to see us go, not as much as I was to leave! Ate some breakfast which was mostly leftovers. This was a horrible visit to one of the worst Best Western and worst managed hotels I’ve been to. Best Western You should be ashamed!!!!"

"Stayed one night visiting family for a B'day party. Check-in went smooth but when we got to our assigned room, the door was opened and smelled funky. Went back to the front desk and told them about. The night manager, David, was caring and apologetic, and immediately assigned another, better room for us, which we greatly appreciated. David treated this situation in a very professional manner and that made a huge impact on us. We like the Best Western chain, and he is the kind of employees that would contribute bringing repeat business and increasing customer loyalty. On a sad note, the bed was not so comfortable and breakfast was uninspiring. Like I mentioned, we do enjoy our stay at most Best Western we've stayed in, we are bringing these to management attention so they are aware and hopefully work on these issues. Hope to see you again soon!"

"Very unpleasant didn't feel welcome. Reserved handicap accessible room did not get was told no rooms available I made this reservation months in advance for a wedding. We were given a shower chair that did not fit and was very unstable. Room smelled moldy. Front desk was not helpful at all a bunch of kids running the place we asked for the manager was told he's not available and we asked why and he said I'm not answering this question. We did not receive clean towels asked multiple times for towels and was told there are no towels and we had to use pool towels to shower. Pool was dirty. Pool gate was locked when we asked the front desk to open it they acted like we were bothering them."
