"One of my boyfriend's favorite shirts was purchased from a Tiki Jim's location when we were on vacation; but, one day, I managed to accidentally bleach stain it while doing laundry! So, here we were, months later, and I desperately needed a replacement of this shirt, so I called the Tiki Jim's in Kissimmee and spoke with manager Cathi who took excellent care of me. She was able to locate the shirt right away in her inventory and offered to let me pay by phone, and she shipped it out to us promptly and even texted me the tracking. Cathi was very sweet and professional, and she turned my "oh no!" moment into a sigh of relief. :)"
