Please note that Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project until December 2024. While this may impact balcony access and cause some noise during working hours, our amenities like the pool will remain open for your enjoyment.

When you book directly with us, you can save on unnecessary vacation website commissions and service fees. Our rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, and we do not offer monthly rates. Additionally, by booking directly, you can check in and out on-site and receive immediate assistance from our on-site office if needed.

"Love this condo it doesn't have the facilities or amenities of other condos but we're not interested in those. The place is very laid back, no loud music or partying, just a relaxing place to stay. The room was very clean, well stocked, and very roomy. Close to alot of restaurants, easy to go from room to beach, couldn't ask for more."

"The room (inside) is clean and nice. It’s beach front which is very convenient and the pool is right by the beach. The building as a whole (outside, stairs, elevator, hallway) are old and really need an update. One thing that is suck is that there’s only one elevator so it’s annoying at times. Parking is a little bit confusing at first and parking is across the street from the building. Decent prices and inside room is neat!"

"Terrible first time experience! We asked for a beach front unit or balcony, and got a middle unit with no beach in sight! Bathroom door lock is broken, unable to lock yourself in it to use it properly. Bathroom towels are for decorations only! Additional pillows (in garbage bags) are stained, worn out, and are disgusting. Artwork on the walls, aren’t safe for children to look at. Paid less for higher quality resorts than this one."
