"Nice place, quiet, clean. Not very close to anything."
"Great location for a getaway. The inside was nice (unit 7) but there were a few things that need desperate attention. The first thing we see when we arrived inside is a cockroach squirming in the middle of the floor. The toilet in the master bedroom still had feces from the previous guest. The windows haven’t been washed in a very long time, a few of the blinds are missing shades, the floors are very uneven in spots, the pool was full of leaves and lots of algae, the deck in the rear had boards with no support and many were rotted. My wife and I went out and sat at a table on the deck the first morning for coffee and my chair completely fell apart sending me crashing to to deck on my back. We notified them immediately and after 3 days the chair remained on the deck in a heap. Most of the outdoor furniture is old and uncomfortable and some not safe. It’s obvious that some attention to details is greatly needed here. See photos"
"Could possibly be the last quiet place on Siesta Key. Located in a residential area, this tropical oasis was perfect for our staycation."
"If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Hotel was not as advertised. Dirty pool area with broken down chairs and umbrellas, pool covered in leaves. Unit #6 smelled of mold, was cockroach infested and bedding was stained with old blood. Host never responded to calls or texts and cancelled our reservation because we ended up leaving due to the unsanitary conditions. This doesn’t allow me to leave a review on VRBO. Host refused refund after multiple requests. Slum lord manipulating money from unsuspecting guest trying to have a nice stay on Siesta Key. RUN FAR AWAY and don’t be fooled!"
