"We are for a Christmas party and decided to get a room so we didn't have to drive afterwards We are so glad we did! The rooms are amazing in regards to the decor. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The twenty four hour shuttle that runs on the grounds was a great convenience. The hall was spacious and the staff there was excellent as well."
"Reunion Resort is wonderful. Great place to stay. Nice rooms. Close to Disney. As perfect as anyone could ask for. But guest relations could use more people answering the phones. They seemed over whelmed and uninformed. We reserved a soccer gold tee off time and then arrived to find out the course was closed for renovations. That wasn't a problem, but we would have rather been told that when making the reservation with guest relations. Their water park is great for young children but their Tiki bar makes no effort to give Resort Users the reduced price. And even after I told them on the second order when I read the sign that said Wyndam guest gets discounted prices, I was still over charged. It was only two dollars but still I was told only sorry we can't do anything after we process the bill. So 4 frozen 8 ounce drinks cost over $32. But other than that we loved it and we are coming back for the fourth of July week."
