"Hickory lake estates is a manufactured home park. We have a place here. Very nice park. Very nice people and there's a beautiful pool for park members and a very nice lake for fishing."

"My hubby and I just moved here mid July and the property is beautiful and the neighbors I've met so far are great. I love that it's a very small park with lots of open space. It's very peaceful and beautifully maintained. We like that before anyone can move in here, there's a criminal background check, which makes us feel quite safe. We're from Maryland, my hubby got a job transfer, and we looked around a bit to find a spot to move, and are happy that we found this little gem. There are a few extra spots available in case people want to bring their RV and stay awhile. Nobody is on top of one another, we love the breathing room."
