I know arguments happen but good lord manager dates dudes that she lets move there she sleeps around with people that live there she does coke and Molly and drinks which is fine on your own time but not on the job they’ve tried to make this place “better” it’s getting better alright she seen I put a tiny washer and dryer in the back of the building I was renting she was all like awe that’s cute what y’all have back there and then as soon as drama went down in the park she went and tore my clothes off the line and threw them in the mud got in my face and tried having me kicked out they go in your room while not there they pick and choose who they like and the owner doesn’t care as long as he can pay for the vehicle he drives I guess give the job to someone who’s one the same level you are money not drugs and using ppl I will have to go through my mail to find the video of her getting in my face and throwing my clothes in the mud mind you I actually tried keeping things cordial hey are you okay hey how are you good morning you look pretty today all that nice stuff but it didn’t work she sat on my porch asked me questions got answers like she was my friend and went and told my business to her so called best friend and then told me her best friends business they are nasty here video coming soon oh and told me someone couldn’t split a room with me that had already rented a room from them before which is b.s unless he or she wasn’t welcomed back but she will let someone on the property she had trespassed sir you need someone a tad bit more there and better working for you oh my first day going there to see the room she was arguing with her on sight boyfriend who she calls a drunk and tells you to just ignore it they were out there arguing wrecked the car in the parking lot she says you see why I can’t get my job done because the room wasn’t clean that she showed us I just laughed it off and said I’d take it cheapest place that was near work and grocery stores but thank god I went through this b.s here because it’s made me the great women I am if you can stay to yourself and just learn from the scene then yea maybe the place for you"

"The lady that works Sunday and Monday isn't like the manager during the week. She doesn't come close . She has RBF and doesn't tend to your issues but has enough time to wash her car and do her personal chores instead of helping her guest. She's never in the office when you need her. I have made several complaints"

"Nakita the office manager is a very nice person and will work with you if you pay your rent and follow the rules.... George Jenkins Boulevard is a rough area but this hotel is a good place. I stayed for 3 months and I would recommend it if you're looking for a cheap place close to downtown"
