"I’ve been shopping here for quite some time and I used to love it. The last few times I’ve gone all of the employees have been different and very unfriendly. They don’t even greet me when I walk in and it’s very offputting. I was selling a stroller to them and sent a photo over Instagram dms and they told me they’d buy it and to bring it in. Once I got there, they told me they couldn’t accept it and gave me no explanation as to why. I wasted my time and gas and energy. I won’t be returning. Very unprofessional and rude every single time."

"Went to the Orange Park location first only to be told they can't take, and sort my donation due to being short staffed; so I decided to take my business to the Mandarin location, and boy oh boy am I glad I did. The Mandarin location is super clean, and they sorted my donation right away. Didn't have to wait long for my pay out, and speaking about the pay out offer, I feel they pay a lot more than the Orange Park location would've. Super professional, and friendly staff. I was looking specifically for a winter jacket for my daughter while they were sorting my donation I brought in, and was able to find a rack with nothing but winter coats right away. Super organized for the customers shopping convenience. I live in Middleburg, but I will be going to the Mandarin location for now on whether it's to donate, or shop for my kid's. It's worth the drive compared to the Orange Park location in my opinion."

"Clean, practically new clothes for kids. The store is well organized, and filled with high quality kids clothes. All sizes from newborns to teens, wiith toys, strollers, bikes, & many other kids supplies as well. They have LOTS of shoes in excellent condition, including sports shoes & cleats, snow & rain boots, heels, and sneakers. You can bring in clean, like new clothes for them to sell- in a flat bottomed container 5hey will return to you, and they will give you cash or a discount in their store. Highly recommend."
