"Every single member of the staff I encountered was super friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, from the parking lot to the lobby to our rooms. The staff seems to take pride in presenting themselves & their location in the best way possible and it was greatly appreciated. They had no idea that my family had just lost everything in a devastating house fire and needed a safe place to stay while we regrouped and began looking for a new home. We had stayed in a competitors location for 2 days prior to this one and there was no comparison. This location is hands down, the best value for your money and a great place for family stays. The breakfast is always fresh, hot and restocked quickly. The staff speaks & always ask if there's anything they can help you with. Thank you for being so kind to guests. "Do not stay if you want to get harassed,racially profiled and accused , couldn’t even show proof of us doing any misconduct just very tasteless attitudes. smells like wet dog in lobby and room stinks as well could use really good deep cleaning brand new flooring and oh yeah NEW STAFF. wouldn’t recommend AT ALL ."

"HORRIBLE! The reviews are not real! This hotel is dated! And Smelled horrible! Every piece of this hotel is disgusting from the entrance to exit. Carpets in halls and rooms are gross and stink. The elevator stinks and is filthy. They don't own cleaning products at all. graffiti is all over the inside of the elevator. The hotel is surrounded by this green standing sewer pond filled with trash. It would be better to sleep in your car than this room! The door was sticky and hair was stuck to it . The bathroom was not cleaned at all not mopped or swept! It was a roach in bath tub. Hair in the microwave. Hair and black stuff on the towels. Hair on the shower curtains. The air condition held water so the room was moist and damp. we later realized after it made us sick! We changed rooms. Once in this room there was blood on the covers, of both beds! The sheets had not been changed residue was still stuck on sheets! The drain did not drain in the tub or sink! The bathroom floor was sticky! This is the second room! The housekeepers are NOT NOT! Cleaning this was the worst experience ever !! Pleaseeeeeeee do not stay here ! The staff was ok"

"Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable, but could've been a little cleaner (floor). It felt very humid and sticky going in. The air was ok and it got a little better. Location wasn't too bad. You're about 20 mins from most everything you need. It's an older property. I'd stay again."
