Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa East - Ybor City, an IHG Hotel

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There is a Wawa in the same parking lot, which makes it east to go grab snacks and drinks. Rooms had fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. The bathroom was supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup remover towelettes. Complimentary breakfast was passable. There was two kinds of sausage, pancakes, a selection of breads (bagels, including gluten free) omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, yogurt, etc. Would stay again."

"Roy at customer service was great. He helped arrange early check-in. Diana at front desk was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable and enough choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again."

"Wow - what a great hotel. TBD staff was exceptionally courteous & helpful. Michael the shuttle bus driver was phenomenal. A great hotel. Clean. Accommodating. Great beds. We were back at 10 am from a cruise & they stored our luggage so we could go play. Great!"

"Lauren was great at check in. The room was clean and the water was hot. I used wifi for a good portion of the night and it was a little slow, but I was able to get everything accomplished. If I were in this area and needed a hotel I would return here. The only issues I had was the light over the couch kept blinking. Also breakfast wasn’t that great. They had biscuits and gravy, however the gravy was the texture of a warm glue. Last but not least they need to check a few of the doors. They slam instead of having a “soft close.” Hard to rest when other patrons didn’t have any manners not to let it slam. Overall, minor and I would return."
