Grand Beach

"This hotel had beautiful grounds and was in a perfect locations to visit Disney properties. Staff was very friendly. The only drawbacks were our room was by the outside entrance to the floor so there was constant banging, the walls were very thin. You could hear everything from next door and the cleaning staff made alot of noise why cleaning the room next door. Slamming drawers and banging furniture against the wall."

"Overall we have been very pleased with our stay. Lots of extras for the family to do - mini golf, two pools, 2 nice playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, etc all in good shape. Staff has been very responsive and friendly. A few minor issues- lack of grab bars and slick floor in hall bath, exterior of a few buildings showing minor wear and tear. Quick access to I-4. Overall a good experience."

"I enjoyed the hotel for the most part but there were a few problems. when it would rain, there would be this really loud tapping noise as shown in the video. then the outlets in this hotel either worked or didn't. there were some that worked but couldn't hold a plug. speaking about electricity issues. our door was a faulty door and the broke while we were there. some of the good parts were pools,service, cleanliness, and views. the pools were never very crowded. well, at least not the one by the lobby. they were always a good temputure. the service was incredible they were always so nice when we asked for towels or when we asked questions. the cleanliness of this hotel was incredible. everything was always so clean in our room. they always did such a good job at restocking stuff for us, too! the views of the lake were amazing. the chairs and the hammocks, too. they made everything better."

"Not all rooms come with a balcony but there is a nice view from your bedroom window. The windows can use some upgrades as the whole window frame fail into our bedroom, from the strong wind from outside (no broken glass). Maintenance came right away to fix/put it back in. All in All, it was one of the nicer hotels and close to all the shopping, Restaurants and Attractions (sea world and Disney)"

"We LOVED staying here. The condo was super spacious for our group of 8. Comfy beds, large kitchen table and living room, and spacious screened porch. Several amenities on the grounds for entertainment such as mini golf, basketball courts, pool/hot tub, etc. Staff were very friendly and checked in with us throughout to see if we needed anything or were available for any questions we may have. The location is super close to Disney, Universal, airport and all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks Grand Beach for a great experience."
