"Horrible customer service from your front desk lady this morning. First, she raised her voice at me (I’m not 14 anymore) “I just told you mam I need to look into this further” then maybe you should take the signs down “making you happy is what makes us happy” and tonight after calling the diamond desk the hotel would rather lose a customer then credit my last night stay. Way to go! Keep your $45 Hilton credit instead of returning my night. I called 36 minutes after checkout and they keep the $45…which by the way I’m a diamond member and my checkout is 12!! Check the my way benefits…stayed at the hotel last week too, would have had my future business but they would rather have the room credit $45…you can keep it and that horrible lady at your front desk. Might want to let her know anyone can wear a cape behind the phone….and im not your kid. Don’t be insulting… First, I was on the phone with the diamond desk while they called your front desk 30 minutes ago and it was your front desk that wouldn’t refund the night! As an owner totally should know what’s going on before you reply to a review!"

"Usually Hampton Inns are our first choice while traveling. I regret booking a room for 1 night here: they are “renovating” so no bathrooms when you arrive from on the road, no fitness area, the front desk area looks like a homeless encounter with the plastic & cardboard. The abbreviated breakfast nook was bearable because the young man servicing the area did an exceptional job! The room was not as clean as other Hampton Inns but maybe that was the construction/renovation fault as well."

"Great location. Great service. Terrible bed. Because a bed should be one of the primary reasons to sleep in a hotel, most credibility is lost right away. They are simply older. It's ok that the room and halls are older. They are quaint. But a bed has an expiration date. Could feel the springs through the bed had not so good sleep. Compared to recent hotels I've been too I never had issues with their beds becuaythey are newer."

"This is my second stay at this location. The first time November 2022 I had to change room because the bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly and it has visible feces still on the toilet. They changed the room promptly for me. I came back this year for the Central Legends Marathon and I only chose this location again because it is right down the road from the race site at Gemini Springs. When I arrived I had no idea the hotel was under major renovations with out of order signs in visible areas including the Gym that I was looking forward to use. There was stacks of boxes in the lobby area. The room was not as cleaned as it could've been. It has visible dirt build up on the sink and bathtub that you can tell wherever cleaned just rushed through. The room temperature was hot and I didn't feel comfortable in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had limited selections and the tables you sit at were not clean and I went down at 6am. I feel the hotel should've let guests know that we are going over major renovations and some amenities will to be available so we could make a decision to stay there or cancel the reservation in a timely manner. This room was not worth $200 and because of bad experiences both times a year apart...I will not be able to utilize this hotel again. The only good thing was the front desk staff was nice.The only reason I didn't change hotels is because it was too late to get another room elsewhere due to the race."

"I was traveling to the airport, and the pick-up service was here. As it was very early in the morning they allowed me to sit inside, have coffee, and use the ladies room. Reception staff was very nice."
