"Staff and Dr are very compassionate with my Furbabies. Never had any problems, They are honest , upfront and caring and very nice with my babies.. Love the whole staff and Dr. , never had a problem or any issues. You don't find many vets that show and give the treatment required without informing you 1st , never pushed to make a fast decision unless it is needed for the pets well being.."

"We took our cat in with what seemed a serious issue. Staff was seemingly nice with the exception of the actual vet Dr Sheffield . We were faced with the decision of putting our big boy down but the Drs attitude only seemed like hurry up and make a decision never giving us any time to really discuss it. The techs were fine...but Dr Sheffield seems to really not care how you or anyone else feels, just getting the next animal in and out $$$. I personally would not go back to this office with any of my pets. Very little care for your feelings at all."

"I was very impressed today. The office is very clean and neat and the staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Sheffield was kind and let me know up front what my treatment options were and the costs so I could make an informed decision. He took the time to instruct me on after care and how to administer Gypsy’s medicine so I could be sure to give her the correct dose. He listened to my concerns about her and made sure I understood my options. The office staff were great as well. I’m so glad I Dr. Sheffield because our former Vet retired. I would definitely recommend AA Animal Clinic ."
