"If ur on the waiting list chk back she is moving her family without checking the list her daughter and sister moved in when even i had a friend on the list way b4 them she is nasty and unprofessional definitely not fair housing she has favorite and allowed dose to do wat they want if u aren't her teachers pet ur her enemy gives violation to ppl that would do the same as her favorites but they will get in trouble cant really have a yard other then if ur her teachers pet cant have a water hose infront or get a violation unless ur her teachers pet holes all over the parking and streets of the complex sink hole that has been there going on almost 3 to 4 yr that wont allowed u to get to the office have to take 17 92 to be able to get there she talks to tenets like she owns them and even curse's at them hallmarkco has no care at all allowed her to do wat ever she wants and they allowed her to move in her fam skipping and disregarding the waiting list hallmarkco is far from fair housing they are as unprofessional as the manager on property back yards of her friends and family allowed anything they want. "I really wish I could give this place a zero. This place is awful. It’s income restricted but it doesn’t mean as tenants we should be treated as less than any other place. It’s an income restricted community but we still pay rent to live and expect to have our needs met according to the terms of the leasing agreement. You have a property manager who is never in the office. You have things that need to be fixed in the unit and she has no sense of urgency to get it done, again bc she is never in the office. She doesn’t know how to talk to ppl when you finally get to talk to her and completely disregards the tenant and dismisses them. No walk throughs are done and one can’t ever find a maintenance person. This place has potential to be a great community but not with the leader that’s in place. The grounds are not properly kept either and bc the trash is not always picked up and tenants do allow their children to throw out the trash which they leave it in front of the dumpster and not inside, rodents are an issue."

"Thought they were a great apartment complex until we had a bunch of issues with the apartment. With mold. Black mold at that. They haven’t done anything to fix it. I had a friend that lives there where they filed a lawsuit against her. They are not very professional at all, and they are very rude."

"It seems like a very quiet place and very clean but the receptionist is not profecional at all. She answered my questions so rudely and had no one waiting for her on the phone or in the office. I guess she's just rude like that. Hard to talk to."
