Sunshine Villa at Glenbrook Resort

"The place was clean and modern, in the perfect location to relax away from the chaos of disney, but still surrounded by shops and restaurants. The communication from Carrie the host was exceptional, with instruction videos on all the bits we would need to know, a guidebook, tips and tricks for the local area - really outstanding stuff. Pool and spa were great, nice way to spend an evening or a rest day. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you would have at home, smart TVs in every room. The place is perfect."

"We stayed here in October 2022 and had the most amazing time. The villa is home from home with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious, clean and homely. The pool area is also fantastic. Carrie was so thoughtful and helpful before, during and after our stay. She even left balloons and a birthday card for my daughters 5th birthday which was during our stay. The information booklet has all the information you could possibly and is very self explanatory. We had an issue one night where my daughter played with the lock on her bedroom door and was locked in but after a quick phone call to the management company it was resolved. There was also supposed to be a dryer for our clothes but I couldn’t find it anywhere, messaged Carrie and 2 days later one was delivered with Carrie keeping me informed the whole time. the location is in a lovely estate with a club house with pool and gym and all just a walk away. We never used it but was nice to know it was there. The pharmacy (which we used a lot!) was also just at the top of the estate so very useful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, in fact we will be when we return in the future. Carrie was a wonderful host and I would 100% recommend this villa for your stay."

"The best AirBnB experience I've ever had! Honestly. The home was exactly as described, well stocked (even with things you don't think you will need), in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool and a garage-turned-gameroom, which came in handy while we waited out Hurricane Nicole. I also loved that there were no stairs in the home so we didn't have to carry luggage or groceries up/down. Not to mention that my daughter broke her foot while on the trip and was on crutches the rest of our stay. I could go on and on about the house itself, but what sets this AirBnB apart from the other homes are the owners. They were so informative and attentive that we felt like friends. They checked on us at every turn and offered assistance throughout our entire stay. They even had balloons and a birthday card waiting for our arrival (I had mentioned that we were taking this trip to celebrate my grandson's 1st birthday at Disney World). Simply put, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this home."

"Carrie’s place was perfect for our getaway to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. From the very first communication with Carrie through check out, everything was seamless, except for me setting off the alarm when we got there! The house was clean, the pool was great…I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’d recommend this house and would definitely look to stay there again when we go back to Florida."
