"Amazing, and the front desk coordinator was top notch. Jerry made our stay absolutely incredible. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Wonderful for kids and just loved every moment. Thank you Jerry for all of your help, you deserve all the praise and raises!"
"A few little inconveniences but generally good. As an example, the gate closest to us didn't work a lot of the time so you'd have to drive round to a different gate which would take another 5-10 mins which is fine just a bit annoying, there was also a lot of garbage that had been attacked by wildlife which was all over the road but they cleaned it pretty quick, there was loads of bugs in the house we stayed in which would have been fine but they were in the dishwasher and freezer so felt a bit nervous and had to clean everything before use and lastly they had construction going on literally around the whole of the house we were put in so we would be woken every morning quite early by their trucks going past (which would literally shake the house and beep the whole time) bit as we were going to the Disney parks we were up early most days anyway. Apart from that, the house we stayed in was lovely and it was a good location, there were shops near and only took us about half an hour to get to Disney."
"Beautiful place and felt safe with Covid restrictions in place. Only problem was we tried to call the front desk for 2 days in need of missing blanket and an additional pillow. Had to go down to the front desk to get assistance it seems like they may have been short staffed. Other than that the stay was great."
"The villas are fantastic for families. Two bedrooms plus a den. Two bathrooms. Clean and well-maintained. Slightly outdated but overall great experience great hotel great amenities including the multiple pools including the wave pool waterslide and kids area. The nine hole par three golf course is amazing for kids including the mini golf. We will definitely be going back"
