"Nice rooms, nice price, nice service. We will definitely stay again. The breakfast was delicious and even the staff working the food helped us. The older gentleman deserves a raise in that area. He was very kind and helpful."
"Clean hotel, friendly and informative staff, location easy to find, decent parking in rear. I would’ve given 4 stars but the bed was uncomfortable (too firm), pillows were very small and the shower seems like it was made for little people. For the ladies that wear makeup, bring extra light. Bathroom lighting not great. Also, it’s pet friendly, so if you’re allergic to dogs (like I am) this may not be the spot!"
"Everything was excellent! We were truly impressed with our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful at the front desk and the kitchen staff at breakfast. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a new hotel, very clean, and a great price! They also have an EV standard car charger (30 amp) in the parking lot."
"Hotel seemed like it was just recently built. Everything was pretty clean and I felt good in my very spacious room. The staff was very friendly and check-in went fast. Just the bathroom layout was a bit odd, you could see that it's a pretty cheap construction and the area didn't reeeeally feel safe. Also the train horn woke me up one or two times. Overall I'd stay here again, but there are better places for the money I paid"
"Awesome stay after a not so nice one night stay elsewhere in Lakeland. Vernice at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel better. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Mr John at breakfast is such a sweetheart and makes sure that you have everything you need. I highly recommend you stay here."
