"I order online all the time. At least once a month and I've never had anything take so long shipping. Ordered on the 8th and shipped on 10th. Delivery has now been reschedule to the 22nd!!!! I'm not using them again if they continue using these fed ex sure post people!!!"

"The ladies working at this location are completely lost, they don't know how to do their job. I went there to purchase some items for my daughter and pay with a gift card, they took about 20 mins to figure out how to use the gift card. Needed to make a return from an order placed online, took items with all their tags, included the return receipt with bar codes printed from my account with The Children's Place, they did not know how to find the items for the return. One of the ladies seemed new there, was extremely slow, uninterested in helping, and she was very sleepy. Avoid this store if you can. I lost 30 - 45 mins in this store and was not able to complete my return. Because of their incompetency I had to drive to the store in Tampa where they were immediately able to assist me."

"Sometimes the selection is hit or miss but you can get some great kids clothes at reasonable prices. Found a dress that my daughter liked that was cheaper on their website and they honored the online price without any trouble."

"it is not often that you can say what a great experience it was shopping. I purchased over 35 outfits for a local school who needed kids uniforms. I was limited with knowledge and money. A small budget allowed me to purchase so many outfits for the kids. The knowledge the help the patience of my sales person was the best I have ever received. Linda Daley was customer service at the finest. Linda was positive and smiled and had so many great ideas to help with a small budget but many kids who needed uniforms. I hope you recognize Linda as a rock star because she is."
