"I frequent this hotel often when I travel to the Tampa area for work and this is by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This place feels like home and all of the hotel staff make me feel welcome each time I visit! "The staff at this hotel is always over the top. Many of them I feel have been here for several years. This morning Amanda was extremely accommodating to my needs in 5th floor lounge. It nice to have happy friendly people at 7 in the morning"
"The first room they gave me, I walked in and it smelled like smoke. So I went down and got a different room, which turned out to be much better! The rooms are adequate. The beds are very comfortable, and lots of options for television channels! But the best part of the state is the breakfast. the omelette maker, Tiffini is awesome! And she always does a good job making eggs"
