I was in shock when Joelys still took my daughters belongings although that section was closed due to it being one hour before close . I couldn’t thank her enough. She took her time and really went out her way to provide me the best service . Thank you for helping me as a single mom who works full time and barely gets to come here but you made my whole worth. "Went in for the first time yesterday I was very impressed with how organized they are the sections labeled and the prices of the shirts are pretty cheap some outfits as well but one thing I think they need to work hard is customer service not one person said hi or asked if I needed help even when I went to checkout no hi how are you doing nothing but I will say the female who helped me was nice enough to make sure I got the discounts I was promised and even signed me up so I can know about further sells she was very kind as she saw i was pregnant and made sure i knew that there will be future percents off on items. The other ladies there gave me such a nasty look and just looked so rude definitely made me feel uncomfortable so I will look at other locations instead of coming back to this one I only gave it 3 starts because I was able to find some cute shirts for my babygirl and the young dark skinned lady who helped me was very nice. Ooo and not to mentioned there was only one lady in line in front of me the store was empty and it took about 10 mins or so for me to finally be called with so many ladies I would days maybe 4 plus the cashier and nobody else offered to take me. The other lady was at another cash registered but didn’t call me or anything stood there yapping away as if she didn’t have a job to do"
