"So I bought 2 backpacks from journeys kids in the middle of December for my kids for Christmas I bought one black and Gray Adidas backpack and 1 backpack that says savage today my daughter called me from school to let me know her backpack broke already the handle this was the 1st week back to school from holiday break and it hasn't even been a full week of use and it is broken I called customer service and was told that I had to have proof of purchase and I explained it was bought in the middle of December for Christmas gifts and I did not have a receipt I was told that they couldn't do anything because I needed proof now this was in December when I bought the backpacks I don't have the receipt and they didn't want to help and my kids love journeys I go there all the time because they love the shoes and the backpacks and every now and then I do purchase socks from there I have always my kids my kids backpacks and shoes from there and never had a problem this is the 1st time I have had a problem very disappointed that I could not receive help"
"Extremely friendly salesperson who went out of her way to help find my daughter a pair of shoes. Unfortunately our kid has funny sized feet so we'll have to keep hunting. Would highly recommend due to the significantly lower cost than footlocker kids."
