"We took a group of 18 High School students and 6 chaperones and the support provided by the sales manager and the front office folks were fantastic! Highly recommended for school team trip accommodations. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally fantastic!"
"The staff at this hotel are top notch. So friendly, kind, welcoming and professional. Breakfast for me was just what I needed (hard boiled eggs and some kind of sausage every day). The gym is very small but has just enough to get a good workout in. The rooms are really, really outdated - that's my only negative. A fresh coat of neutral paint, better electrical outlets and brighter lighting, and maybe updated bathroom fixtures would go a long way - but it won't keep me from staying here. Everything was super clean and worked fine. I have a student down the road at USF and I will definitely make this my home base when I visit."
"Stayed 2 nights for an ice hockey tournament and noticed right away, the courteous and attentive staff. Shower didn't drain and was remediated right away. Good breakfast. Housekeeping staff happy to be there and very nice. I left my glasses in the room, called and they shipped them to me, thanks to Maylia and Cynthia! Overall pleasant stay."
"Staff is excellent - courteous and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable except for my personal preference for pillows that don't disappear when you lay your head on them. Location is good for the area and as a patient at Moffitt."
"We attended this location for a soccer tournament. When we checked in, we were told that the pool was only available from 7am-7pm and that they needed a “permit” to have the pool open after dark. Knowing that that wasn’t the case, we asked more, and was essentially told that they decided to close the pool because they didn’t want to make the elderly population who were staying there, upset with us being in the pool. So instead of making fun memories at the hotel as a team, we were all confined to our rooms. Will not stay here again solely because of that. I would not recommend this hotel to any families, because of this as well. Tonya, who serves breakfast in the morning, was an absolutely beautiful sole. She was kind, and understanding, and wanted to make sure my youngest still had fun."
