"I’m surprised by the negative comments, but maybe things have changed since then. My experience was great! I went in for a pickup but the lady in the store was so nice and helpful that I ended up getting a couple extra items. I definitely plan to return."

"Made my first order over $400 when I got everything realized I didn't order enough bottoms so placed a second order.... this order was only like 100 and I only paid 58 cause I used a 40 reward.... however, I never received my package. I had 6 other deliveries that day and a sign on my door saying someone is here knock loud.... and it never came... I checked with neighbors, my office, called the carrier and nope it wasn't delivered here.... emailed customer service and included everything on where I checked, called, etc and got a you should call the carrier or check with neighbors email.... so apparently they don't read.... so I call customer service and explain everything to them and nope won't do absolutely nothing... says I need to dispute the charge with my bank cause it says the package was left at my front door.... even asked to speak to a manager... says I CAN CALL AND ASK UPS to start an investigation or dispute the charge with my bank.... they don't care about their customers all they worried about is money.... I don't live in a bad neighborhood so that's not it.... the ups and fed ex drivers just be delivering to the wrong buildings cause we don't have apartments numbers here.. and this company wouldn't even try to help even asked them multiple times if they would contact carrier and do investigation and they refused said I have to and call them back with results..... did absolutely nothing to try to help and now I .out of 100 of uniforms for my kids while awaiting my bank to dispute charges.... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONPANY AGAIN"

"The staff is rude and lacks customer service skills. When I entered this afternoon I was the only customer in the store and the two store employees behind the register/counter. First impression tanked as no one greeted me when I came in. I walked straight to the boy's shorts and pants sections. (Which are right beside the counter where the two employees are.) No one asked if there's any assistance needed or anything...again I am the ONLY customer in the store therefore there was nothing distracting or prohibiting them from greeting and addressing their ONLY customer besides their conversation between the two of them. I walked to the counter to inform that I have an online order that I am picking up and provided my name. They both looked at me like a deer in headlights as if I was disturbing them and finely one if them said she would grab it. While I waited for my order to be retrieved I asked the other employee for the final price of a pair of pants that were on sale. She said nothing, started punching something in a hand device and them asked me to sign on a screen that appeared. After she obtained my signature she then provided a price. By this time I was so disturbed by the total disregard for me as a customer that I didn't want to invest another dollar with this company. If they don't appreciate me as a customer why should I invest my money with them. Shop online or try another location!"

"I usually don’t have a problem when I go in the store to make a purchase, but I will NEVER order anything offline again! It’s been a week and my package has yet to even process. Then I had to wait over an hour to speak to a representative and a manager who told me there is nothing I could do expedite the process even if I paid for it. So in short, I have to wait 2 weeks for my package to arrive. Poor customer service! I don’t feel like anyone tried to help. If this wasn’t a gift for my daughter; who’s birthday is today. I would have cancelled it and gotten my money back. Definitely will never order from here again!"

"I went into this store this morning 7/26/19, right after they opened. The store was quiet. There was one female employee sitting down by the registers. I spoke with her and explained that I was there to pick up my order. She called in the back and asked someone to come out and help me. No one came. She again called out back and asked someone to come out and assist me. Still no one came. The girl had to call back a total of 4 times before someone finally came out. The girl comes from the back room as if she couldn’t care less about me standing there. Viviana had a call on speakerphone so loud that it was very distracting. That is very rude to do while you have a customer standing there. She acted as if she had never seen a drivers license before and was less than pleasant when asking my last name. She took her loud phone and walked slowly to the back room. A few minutes later she returned with my items. I signed for them and left. I was VERY displeased with my trip to this store. I did the ship to store but after dealing with Viviana I will not be making another purchase from this store in the future. She could definitely use some training in how to deal with customers."
