"This is a really nice hotel! The check in clerk was Courteous and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom had a nice shower with a good shower head, and the sink counter was big enough. They have a pet fee of $25, but waived it (bonus)!! I forgot to take photos, but this hotel was definitely worth the price."
"The bath seat in accessible room broke while I was using it. Screws missing from the seat!! As a wheelchair user, this was not only negligence, it was incredibly dangerous for others and myself. I will be following up with their management. The lady at the front desk was polite and very concerned. Please recognize you have a good front desk staff."
"We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. Bradley at the desk was very welcoming both nights when we entered the building. The room was great. Very clean. We appreciated the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We reserved a King room with a shower and a sleeper sofa. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town. Thank you!"
"Great location. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. Very clean hotel. The P.M. staff is amazing! Shout out to Maria. Maria checked us in, checked up on us to ensure the room met our expectations and needs, was friendly and greeted customers coming and going. Breakfast was nice each morning. Cleaning service did a great job."
"This Hampton Inn truly exceeded my expectations on every level. Maria at the front desk was just lovely; very amiable & completed the check in quickly. When I opened the door to find such a beautifully appointed space, I was beyond pleased. The furnishings were pristine; clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how strongly I recommend this hotel. It is definitely now marked in my Hilton app as a favourite!"
