Hampton Inn & Suites Ocala - Belleview

"Room smelled like bleach, I thought it would air out with the bathroom fan on, I was incorrect . Service very good, when arrived toilet clogged and the front desk very quick with the plunger. Highway noise pretty bad, I anticipated some road noise, but it kept me awake all night. Easy highway off and on. Bathroom needs some updating, mold at base of shower doors have an odor. I expected better given all the great reviews, makes me wonder who wrote them. Very disappointed. I wonder how this hotel comes up with search for 3 star hotels."

"I stayed here 4 nights per week from September through January. I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Joe, Scott and Will were very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was an added bonus! I also felt safe being a solo traveler."

"I had to write a review on our experience here while on our long trip to Florida from MN. My family decided to take a trip to see some friends who live in Florida and chose this as our hotel. At first glance it does need some updating but was very clean. The front desk staff member we met was super sweet and helpful making us feel very welcome. We got to our rooms and the room was clean but the tv didn't work that well and the beds were pretty hard. We contacted the front desk and they were helpful in getting us to the the tv to work. Remote just needed some new batteries. We stayed here for four days and will definitely be coming back for these key reasons. The hotel was always kept fresh and clean, the front desk staff went above and beyond for use no matter our request, the breakfast was always hot and delicious with different options each day we stayed, if there was an issue the staff made sure to amend it very quickly and with a smile, and lastly we just felt welcomed and comfortable due to the amazing staff. Seriously this is a prime example of the staff making the place amazing. We stayed at numerous Hilton run hotels on this journey, some were modern and fancy others had the bells and whistles but non can compare to this place. My kids are still talking about the waffle bar that had sprinkles and whipped cream lol its their dream place to stay. Thanks again and see you all next year!"

"We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Belleview recently while competing in an event at the Florida Horse Park in Ocala. The hotel is closest to the park. The facilities and rooms were well-maintained, and the front desk was attentive and very responsive. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The parking lot offered adequate spaces to accommodate our large truck. When we checked out, we forgot a few items in the room. Suzi at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty and kindly arranged shipment of these items to our home. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area."
