"Great hotel, conveniently located close to the Tampa Intl Airport. The hotel looked brand-new. It has clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Breakfast & its staff were also great. Only thing is that the walls are thin, and I could hear loud footsteps from upstairs room. I recommend for anyone staying here for work or vacation."

"We booked this hotel very last minute after having to leave another hotel that was way too dirty. When we arrived Sharon greeted us, let us know about the amenities and was even kind enough to upgrade our room after hearing about our experience at the other hotel (Not an IHG hotel). Our room upon entry was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We tried the in-house restaurant and were quite happy with the food and the coffee. Would definitely stay here again. All staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel seems to have been recently remodeled and was really nice. You enter the lobby and there is the check in on your left and a bar on your right. We stayed on a Thursday and there didn't seem to be that many people here. Only two at the bar. Parking was fine and we were able to find a spot close to the rear entrance. Once we entered we were greeted and promptly checked in. The attendant was very nice and helpful. She even went to the bar and got us a nice hot coffee. Once we go to the room we got settled in. It was your typical hotel room but with updated décor and bedding. The mattress was on the stiffer side but the pillows were perfect. Since it was slightly cool outside (in the 50's at night), we turned the heat on. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was huge. All in all it was a nice updated room. The downside was the noise. All night long you can hear the traffic outside from the main road. it was loud and went on all through the night. Also, since we ran the heat, there was a huge puddle of water at the foot of the bed. I guess condensation built up and it just flows onto the floor. I used a few towels and cleaned it up before we checked out. When I informed the front desk about it she said something to the affect that "This happens when you have the temperature too low". Ok... So we just said our goodbyes and headed out. If you stay here, request a room that faces the rear parking area. You might have less noise?"

"I so wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but I just couldn't. While the room was nice, it was noisy. I had a king suite with a separate bedroom, which was great. Unfortunately, every time a toilet flushed from above me, it sounded like it was in bed with me. Now, these toilets don't have a normal sounding flush. These toilets' flush sounds like Niagara Falls. It's really that loud! I don't know about the other rooms, but if you're given room 220, you might want to change rooms."

"As many people know hotels in Tampa near Busch Gardens don’t have the best selection, but this hotel has been the best experience! We booked our room through a third party but upon arrival we had been placed in a room that we did not book, Sharon at the front desk was amazing in getting us our desired room, she even personally brought up extra pillows and blankets to our room. Tammy and (I’m sorry didn’t get the other lady’s name) from the bar where we had breakfast were super friendly and pleasant! Rooms were clean and everyone from front desk to the housekeepers exceptionally friendly! We will be back !"
