"DON'T BOOK HERE‼️Most nastiest, dirty hotel & overpriced I ever stayed in. You tell them issues with the rooms, they don't care, the young chick at the front desk has a racist dark bad attitude all the time, she's a trouble maker in the hotel. MOLD, DIRTY & RUST! I was there for a couple weeks. In room 114, 121 & 320 my initials are FH from January 25th-February 8th. I told the chick at the front desk about the mold & all she says is "what you want me to do about it" I told her WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IS THE APPROPRIATE ANSWER! So oblivious & she lies about everything & delusional. I've even told the dude with the dot on his forehead & another dude about the mold all they do is get quite... But I've contacted the hotel complaints & code enforcement... I got sick TWICE from this place. The will over charge & try to steal your money, so be careful... I seen a guy only give the girl $120 for a room & the price was more then that, they are letting certain people pay less.. Favoritism while running a business isn't professional.. Housekeeping doesn't clean up properly, their very bad with customers & like to argue when you tell them your room not clean.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE‼️Go somewhere else‼️"

"Frindly greeting at the front desk initially. Room is supposed to be smoke free but smells very musty and the air exchanger isn't working. Door was not closing properly. We asked to move to another room and our request was denied. Bathroom is old, tub rusty and in need of alot of tlc. Looks fine from the outside. The pool area looks beautiful. Would not recommend this hotel at all."

"Booked online and checked in pretty late. They charge a $5 fee with a $100 deposit when you get there, not sure why this fee can't be included in the cost of the room if it is mandatory. The AC did not work in the room at all, and the windows don't open. The fridge is either unplugged or does not work and there were open drinks left inside. Showering at night is not an option as they apparently have the water heater on a timer that only turns on for the morning. At least the location was good and the check-in /check-out was smooth. I would avoid this hotel at all costs."

"I stayed here once before and it was not this bad. I will never be back. The sheets were stained, the floor was dirty and sticky. The hot water in the shower didn't work, I told the desk they said they would send someone to fix it. They never did I had to take an ice cold shower after attending a concert..now I have the flu and that ice cold water didn't help me I'm sure. I'm reading these other reviews YOU KNOW THE ISSUES now make your business presentable to the public..you have to get up...go clean the sheets for real..go wash the floors YES THE CORNERS TOO ..hire a plumber ..this isn't rocket science."

"Don’t even waste your money in this hotel. Too expensive for its conditions. No hot water, the shower was broken, the toilet wouldn’t even flush, and the tub wasn’t clean!! They didn’t even bothered to replace the toilet paper with a new one and left the toilet paper roll that the previous guests had used halfway. The bedsheets were not the most clean one and I don’t even think they cleaned the floor. The fridge was dirty too."
