"If you are really to have your privacy taking away and deal with the most annoying management, than Alachua Villas is the place for you. Stay away from here, is not worthy. Management is horrendous!"
"DO NOT MOVE HERE.. I lived here for almost a year and broke my lease agreement. Poor management and poor communication.. They let a us sign lease , move in knowing we had a service animal and still issued us warnings for our dog. They have monthly inspections and with all the rules in place it's hard to have privacy. I would not recommend if you like privacy or have a family."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. They push you through signing your lease so fast so you don’t all the sneaky and malicious rules they have. You can’t not actually live here. It’s like a prison. The rules are beyond strict. If you actually work and have a family this is not the place for you. Prepare to have your privacy invaded. They take weeks to do repairs and take no responsibility. When i told the landlord about a broken appliance he actually said to me “ what do you want me to do about it”?"
