"The location was exceptional. The condo was dirty and took a couple of hours to get cleaned up to the point of being tolerable. Sand on everything. Furniture, in sheets, bathroom counters, kitchen table and even the stove. If that gets fixed, we would return on another trip."
"We found a good price here. The condo has all the amenities we need. Right on the beach. The only odd thing to me is that there is no one on location to answer any questions. However there is a number you can call and they are helpful. I don't like that there is no bathrooms on the ground level though. Or if there is then i haven't seen them yet."
"This place was excellent for our family!! 2 adults and 3 children. 2 bed 2 bath, full kitchen, pull put sofa, lots of extras, washer and dryer in unit! Excellent balconies and view of the ocean! Pier to the beach, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub!"
"We were in room 212 Room was dirty. Sheets had crumbs in them. Hair accumulated in the towels. Clumps of hair dragging on the doors. All the furniture felt soggy. Charged extra for parking when it was supposed to be included. They didn't have basic supplies like trash bags, foil, salt and pepper. The balcony door was basically inoperable. It took 2 adults pulling at full strength just to open it. This effectively made the balcony useless. Then they charge an extra $75 for not taking out the trash. This was not stated in the directions in the condo. We cleared the sheets and loaded the dishwasher per the directions. Nothing said anything about the trash. And we didn't take out the trash because we were only given one trash bag for a 3 night stay for 6 people. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here."
"I will never be staying here again. We stayed In 510. First off we got here and alot smaller then pictures showed. The TV in the living room was shattered and management knew about it and wouldn't do anything about it. The sofa bed couldn't even be slept on because it is literally a 3 inch mattress pad and is very uncomfortable. People were told they couldn't drink or smoke on the balcony. The pool was nice but smaller then expected. The parking is ridiculous. Do not recommend it."
