"I has a very loud neighbor, woke me up by being drunk and loud at 3 am the first night by slamming things and 1:45 am the following day also pounding and loud - drove a pickup truck that said Big Dawg on it just for future guest to be aware of and it's kinda run down for the price of it , pictures online make it look a hell of lot better than it is, I read that someone saw roaches here and iam here now haven't seen any but scared to eat breakfast here after reading that"

"I would give 0 stars on the service. If that was an option we called and we were told it was not a pet friendly hotel. However, every night that I sat outside trying to smoke a cigarette and enjoyed myself after work. I was greeted by other guest pets. Not only that, I would watch other guest pets in the yard poop and not get cleaned up after. So you can't tell me it's a service animal. Because I don't think service animals want to jump in other people's laps to be pet. So if you're not a pet friendly hotel? Why are there over 6 dogs that I've seen? Within a 7 day period walking around on the balcony and ground floor of this hotel, pet friendly or not pet friendly, it's clear. If it's posted, they shouldn't be there."

"I and my co-workers had to stay here for a job, and I would avoid it if I were you. Overall, there were major issues with cleanliness and amenities, even though the staff was pleasant and responsive. The first room they gave me, the door didn’t close all the way. Most of the doors are warped, especially towards the bottom, and some you can even see the outside. Additionally I saw a cockroach when I walked in. The second room they gave me was better, but my coworkers also had issues with doors and cockroaches. One of my coworkers had two cockroaches crawl up her legs, and she took photos of some in the shower. Her second room smelled like cigarettes as well. My other co-worker mentioned seeing some potential black mold in the bathrooms. Overall, this place seems to have gotten a recent remodel, but things don’t seem to fit quite right. For example, the carpet was not cut properly and doesn’t fit right around the doorways, which I could absolutely forgive if the cleanliness weren’t an issue. I don’t blame the staff for most of these problems, and overall they were pleasant and got us new rooms right away when requested. However, the higher ups need to put in some serious work into this hotel if they’re going to be charging as much as they are."
