"Very nice RV resort the office staff are very friendly and helpful. A brand new Publix is just down the road and a very nice truck stop is walking distance if you need anything. The pool and laundry room is always nice and clean and the hot showers are very nice. It's a clean safe RV resort."

THEY HAVE ALL WORKED TOGETHER AS A FAMILY TO DEFRAUD, LAUNDER, AND STEEL FROM MANY PEOPLE THROUGH OUT THE UNITED STATES. THIS PARK IS OUTDATED AND THE OWNERS ARE OUT TO SCAM WHOEVER POSSIBLE TO FUND THEIR ALLEGAL SCHEMES. BEWARE OF THESE MASTER MANIPULATOR CON ARTISTS BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED BY ANY MEANS. BEWARE ALL LOCALS AND OUT OF TOWN TRAVELERS!!!!!!!!"

"My parents visited a relative last winter and loved it. They bought a brand new camper and were so excited to spend this upcoming winter there. Mom called to reserve a spot and the lady was not nice at all. Mom asked about having a grandchild visit for a short time and the lady became very nasty. She told Mom it would cost $10/day for any visitors and she was okay with that. But, mid-conversation she told her they were not going to be a good fit! What?? Disappointed in this person’s attitude."

"* It has potential, but TERRIBLE Customer service. * Most residents that stay here are very friendly and welcoming people. My wife and I made many good friends. There are a lot of activities together. * Age 55 and over only. * Good location off of I-4 and by the theme parks. But, on the downside, so close to I-4 that it has non-stop traffic noise. * Beware - There is also non-stop loud buzzing noise close to the office and garbage cans (from the power source). Once they put you there, they will not let you move - even if there are other spots open. * It is on a very beautiful lake. Some sites are lakefront & some lakeview. * The maintenance staff is very nice, but the front office staff can be very rude. One of the owners are extremely rude. * I've never met a business owner who doesn't appreciate his customers and try to earn their business like this one. * Hopefully they will change and try to earn people's business, but you might want to consider other places before this place for now. Thanks."

"The facility is well located for shopping and attractions. Terrific maintenance! Each site is clean, neat and in good repair. Reception staff is VERY welcoming and well informed (FABULOUS Fran, Sherry, Dawn). I’ve stayed there 5 times in 2 years. Each stay was a joy. The fabulous owner provided entrees for a pot luck one night when I arrived and Sherry (at check in) made certain I attended. It was GREAT! It’s obvious the owner and staff want everyone staying there to feel “at home.” They definitely succeed!"
