"Absolutely loved this resort! Clean, nicely landscaped, gorgeous clubhouse with nice pool. Plenty of space to ride your golf cart around if you have one. James was a pleasure to work with booking our site for our Class A. Absolutely worth the premium site with the Tiki Hut. Especially for extra shade for dogs and eating."

"We stayed on Lot 166 or 2939 Wood Duck Dr, Polk City, FL and loved the lot. The owner's attention to detail when building the site was fantastic. There are actually two sites side by side almost identical. You are basically parked headed north with the sun greeting you in the morning but blocked out by your motorcoach in the afternoon. The Tiki hut was great with comfortable furniture and a porch swing. Usually a gentle breeze blows in a northerly direction. The Resort is nice with lots of amenities and everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. It's a great site to rent!!"

"We have 3 homes here, and love living here, especially once all the construction wrinkles are properly ironed out. However, we did not love working with the recommended resident landscaping company, Dreamscapes. They were too too pricy, lacked the knowledge of properly writing and fulfilling the Contract, and ignored the occurring problems right after the completion date. Come see for yourself what we are talking about. Be aware!!’"

"Stayed at bay lake on 2 occasions about 3 weeks or so total. Gated and very friendly staff. Pool was great and very clean. Club house and laundry was very clean as well. I loved our lot we rented. Well maintained. As they contine to build and lots are sold hopefully more amenities with be added like shuffle board or tennis/pickle ball. A little road noise but not much. Very centrally located between Tampa and Orlando. We are not ready to buy a lot anywhere but if we were it would be high on our list!"
