"Universal Dog care Orlando did such a wonderful job taking care of our pup, we requested a last minute service with only 24hrs notice and they were nice enough to work with us and accommodate our pup. Drop off was easy and quick, pick up was a breeze as they made sure she was ready to go as we were arriving for pick up. I would give them more stars if possible, professionalism and friendliness was at 100%, will definitely keep them on our contacts for future pet sitting/boarding."
