"Love the slip on running shoes but most of the staff is useless. The manager is telling my wife what size shoes that she should wear and she kept saying 8.5 or 9. She said that will never happen cause her feet are too swollen. She bought an 8.5 that fit fine without her help. She was rude to me telling me that I just walked around opening up boxes without closing them and putting them back which was false. She was telling older people that they should walk further inside the store because they have benches to sit on and she said that they were unbelievable. I suggest that she learns to keep her mouth shut and just help the people that come into the store with a bloody smile on your face."
"At a recent visit to your Estero location we encountered a very rude manager. She made what would have been a very easy issue to resolve very unpleasant. It is obvious that she had no respect or patience for dealing with elderly people and was quite insulting and pretty much said that we needed to wake up to the “times”. Sketchers need to train their employees and managers to respect everyone regardless of their age. My husband resolved the issue with the manager but it was a very disburbing experience."

"Four months ago I bought a pair of Skechers Arch Fit Go Walk shoes…loved them! I literally wore them every day…recently they’ve developed a hole in the toe on one shoe and a hole is starting on the other. I decided to see if I could possibly get a discount on a new pair. I went to Skechers store #340 at the Miromar Outlets. I was directed to the store manager. Her name is Walkiria…hope I got the spelling right! Not only did she genuinely care about my problem, she went above and beyond, in my opinion, to satisfy a customer. I was hoping for maybe a 25% discount on a new pair, but she gave me a new pair in exchange…no cost to me, no questions asked. Thank you!!"
